The management department represents the transportation type of refrigerated trucks (freezing, refrigeration, heat preservation, constant temperature), represented by eight letters A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, to facilitate the management of the transportation of refrigerated trucks.
The meaning of the letters:
The above letters indicate the temperature range of the goods transported by the refrigerated truck, which can be divided into the following categories:
1), perishable food refrigerated truck (A-F category)
Class A refrigerated truck: average temperature 0 to 12 degrees Celsius.
Class B refrigerated trucks: Average temperature is 12 to -10 degrees Celsius.
Category C refrigerated truck: Average temperature -20 to 12 degrees Celsius.
Class D refrigerated vehicles: The average temperature is less than or equal to 0 degrees Celsius.
Class E refrigerated vehicles: The average temperature is less than or equal to -10 degrees Celsius.
Class F refrigerated vehicles: The average temperature is less than or equal to -20 degrees Celsius.
2), biological products refrigerated trucks (G, H categories)
Category G refrigerated trucks: Average temperature is 2 to 8 degrees Celsius.
Class H refrigerated trucks: the average temperature is less than or equal to -20 degrees Celsius (the temperature requirements for Class H refrigerated trucks are the same as those of Class F, but biological product transport vehicles also need to be certified by the Food and Drug Administration, and there are differences between the two).
These letters correspond to the goods that can be transported by refrigerated trucks
1. A-F category to transport vegetables and fruits
Fruits and vegetables are perishable foods, because the types of goods are very rich, the required temperature and humidity are different, and many products are easily affected by temperature fluctuations. In addition, fruits and vegetables still breathe and generate heat during transportation. Different fruits and vegetables have different temperature requirements and different types of refrigerated trucks.
2. D, E, F categories for transporting refrigerated food
It mainly transports soy products, poultry and eggs, chocolate, aquatic products, canned food and chilled meat.
3. Category F transport of frozen food
Frozen food is the easiest to transport, and there is no need to strictly control the temperature, as long as the average temperature in the compartment is kept below 20 degrees. The main transported goods are frozen meat products, ice cream and dumplings and other kinds of quick-frozen food.
To sum up, Class C and F are the most widely used refrigerated trucks and the best-selling refrigerated trucks.
4. Class G and H transport biological products
The use of G and H refrigerated trucks is relatively strict, and they must meet the GSP certification of the Food and Drug Administration to transport such goods. There are strict standards for temperature testing equipment, goods placement, management processes and other links.
Class G refrigerated trucks transport items such as vaccines, hormones, blood, insulin, etc.
Items transported by Class H refrigerated trucks include bone marrow, stem cells, plasma, etc.
Other properties of refrigerated trucksIn the absence of refrigerated goods sources, in order to improve the attendance rate of vehicles, refrigerated trucks can also transport ordinary goods to ensure the source of income. It is necessary to be careful when pulling ordinary goods, so as not to damage the inner wall of the box, clean the box in time after unloading the goods, and ensure that the refrigerator is clean.
